Viewing Task Statuses for a CAPA

The statuses for all tasks related to a record can be viewed from the record's tasks or detail. Once the View Task Status button is clicked, the user can scroll over the task to display a tooltip that specifies the status of the task as:

TBD - The task is yet to be routed.
STARTED - The task has been initiated and assigned to someone to complete it.
COMPLETED - The task has been signed off and completed.
NA - The task is either not available or skipped or voided.

From the task or detail, click the View Task Status button.
Result: The task status window is displayed.
